Dr. Tara has done wonders for my 3 month old daughter. My baby had severe acid reflux and was colicky. I started taking her into Dr. Tara based upon a recommendation from a friend. I am now a believer in chiropractic (I wasn’t before). My daughter is a different baby since we started care. She is in much less pain(it’s almost like the reflux is gone) and she seems very content and happy. I will continue to bring her in to see Dr. Tara and will bring any future children into see her as well.

Dr. Carlson is fantastic! I was referred to her by a friend as I was looking for a solution to my chronic lower back pain that has plagued me for over 5 years. Dr. Tara is a chiropractic colleague of mine and AMAZING at what she does! I saw her a couple times towards the end of my pregnancy. I actually saw her the day before I went into labor and she really helped me feel better! (I should add that I was adjusted, had acupuncture and massage throughout my entire pregnancy and I believe getting adjusted the day before got things moving! 😉 ) She has a special touch and a genuine love for helping her patients without rushing their treatment. I have been to many chiro’s, but by far, Dr. Tara at Avid is the best. I am very hard on my body with running, sports and time at time at the gym. Dr. Tara believes in finding the root of the problem and really making sure it is fixed. Her intuitive nature makes her excel as a doctor. Most docs I have been to guess about what is wrong, adjusted me in a few spots, and gladly took my money and pushed me out the door. Not Dr. Tara. Best chiropractic health and wellness center I have ever been to. I have a tendency to overuse my body and need help to be preventative and stay on track. Avid helps me to find areas I didn’t know were strained and realign. The clinic can tell if I have recently had poor indigestion and also if my liver had been strained. Through resistance strength test and weekly appointments there is vast improvement so I can preform at a high level and be healthy both mind and body. They also offer supplements and training exercises.
